Eligibility Requirements - The student must:

• have a physical disability, but does not have to be a full-time chair user
• be unable go to college without this financial aid
• be a high school senior of college freshman
• under 21 years of age
• submit high school transcripts (must have a GPA of at least B+)
• show major community service or social contribution in the past
• have a significant physical disablity.
• submit a 300-500 word essay outlining how you became physically disabled, how your situation has affected you and your family. The essay should also include your goals and aspirations for the future.
• submit parent's or guardian's Federal income tax return from the previous year.
• other forms of aid (ie: SSI)
• submit SAT and ACT scores
• send a good, recent photo
• submit three letters of recommendation

Other Information
Applicants must inform the Scholarship committee if you have any other scholarships already. Over 250 applicants apply yearly.
